This is "The Outhouse!"  The story behind this is that the man who is selling hates the bathroom in his travel trailer, so he had this built so he could shower every day.  The man showing this is named Gary.  He's the seller's son-in-law.  The perk test is done and a 1000 gallon septic tank is already installed and approved by the County.  There is an 80 foot leech line.  As you can see, a cement foundation has already been poured for what gets built around the Outhouse.  I don't have the measurements of the foundation yet.  [next]
