A 1500 gallon water tank is already installed, and there is piping from the tank to the building site.  These black kind of tanks are better than the white ones because the algae doesn't grow as fast.  The treed area behind the water tank is part of the property.  There's a sweet little wash that runs back in the trees and then to the north...there's a small "magic" area that I did not take pictures of yet by the wash where the trees look a little different.  The Realtor told me that the trees by the wash are estimated to be 500-700 years old.  I don't know if this is true or not, but thought it was interesting.
